Brooklyn Industrial Meets Tropical Luxe!

As the cold NY winters are settling in, we are dreaming of warmer days and tropical escapes! We had such a fabulous time planning and designing this incredibly gorgeous day, and we are thrilled as to how it turned out. For Lulu and Seth, we wanted the perfect mix of Brooklyn meets deserted island. Think industrial retro with the carefree spunk and vivid pops of an island retreat! We teamed up with some of the most creative and inspiring people that we know to create a tropical, urban adventure, all captured by the talented and fabulous Amber Gress! 

26 Bridge, a raw space in the heart of Brooklyn was the perfect venue, with its exposed brick and industrial ambiance.  Specialty furniture rentals from Patina Vintage Rentals and Society Social added touches of island spirit and modern luxe, while Katie Fischer Design perfectly blended the two styles with a gorgeous invitation suite and paper details. 

This day was all about one-of-a-kind style! The ladies of Synderela rocked Lulu’s orange-dipped dress. We can’t get enough of it! And the short, laced reception dress from Lovely provided casual elegance. Seth’s turquoise suit, from A Suit that Fits, had such incredible details in the stitching, and the matching shorts for the celebratory reception were perfect! Morgan Gates' make up artistry and Styles on B's hair magic made the couple picture perfect! Hushed Commotion added hand-crafted touches of the unexpected with their shoes and gorgeous accessories, while Anna Sheffield completed the picture with a little bling! 

How fabulous is this tablescape? The tropical foliage and floral touches, done by Blade, were key to the design! And the delicious food from Pok Pok, provided a unique catering option for the day. Not to mention the wings were so much fun to eat, and made for some great photo-ops!

Lael Cakes made this stunner of a cake, as well as the adorable cupcakes, complete with gold pineapples on top, naturally! 

Valerie Barnes captured the essence of Lulu and Seth beautifully!
